1.RESERVATIONS

The reservation of a service or product with our company implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: The reservation must be made through our online reservation system or by telephone. Once the reservation has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation via email or telephone. Payment for the reservation can be made both in advance and at the time of the service, however to confirm the reservation we require the payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total.

2.PAYMENTS

The customer is required to make the payment before carrying out the activity, he agrees to make the online payment via Stripe of the total amount or a 50% deposit. In case of payment of the deposit only, the customer is required to pay the remaining 50% on site in cash or by credit card, debit card via POS. We do not accept cheques, wire transfers or any type of payment that is not mentioned in the company’s terms and conditions.  The provider is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of these payment methods. The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the data required for payment and for accepting the supplier’s terms and conditions.

3.DIGITAL TICKET

In case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 24 hours before the date of the service, the cancellation is free; less than 24 hours before the date of the service or in case of no-show or no-show, no amount will be refunded. In case of modification of the reservation, it will be possible to do so only with a notice of at least 24 hours before the date of the service. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances which make it impossible to provide the service, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the reservation. In that event, you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking or obtain a refund. The reservation will be considered valid only after receipt of payment, for the total amount or a 50% deposit. Booking includes tax of 15% IGIC. 
Please note that returning the jet ski early does not entitle the customer to a refund.

4.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

In caso di annullamento della prenotazione, fino a 24 ore prima della data del servizio, la cancellazione è gratuita; meno di 24 ore prima della data del servizio o in caso di mancato arrivo o no-show, non verrà rimborsato alcun importo. In caso di modifica della prenotazione, sarà possibile farlo solo con un preavviso di almeno 24 ore prima della data del servizio. In caso di condizioni meteorologiche avverse o altre circostanze impreviste che rendono impossibile l’erogazione del servizio, ci riserviamo il diritto di annullare o posticipare la prenotazione. In tal caso, verrà offerta la possibilità di riprogrammare la prenotazione o di ottenere un rimborso. La prenotazione sarà considerata valida solo dopo la ricezione del pagamento, per il totale del importo o di un deposito del 50%. La prenotazione include imposte di IGIC 15%. 
Si prega di notare che la riconsegna anticipata della moto d’acqua non dà diritto al cliente di richiedere il rimborso.

5.NO SHOW AND DELAYS

6. REQUIREMENTS TO CARRY OUT THE ACTIVITY

In accordance with current regulations, all customers of the excursion are under the responsibility of the guides. The Company undertakes to provide jetskis and life jackets in excellent condition.
Before the activity, all customers will receive a detailed explanation of how the jetski works, the safety rules to follow during the excursion and how to drive the vehicle. Anyone who does not respect the rules explained at the beginning of the activity, thus endangering others, will lose the right to continue the activities without the possibility of a refund.
The customer will be liable to the Company for all damages caused to the jetski due to unreasonable behavior or improper use of the vehicle. Each jetski comes with an insurance policy for damage to third parties. To avoid damage and loss, it is not possible to carry out the activity with personal items; available to customers we offer safes where personal items will be stored and under video surveillance. To prevent accidents, it is not possible to operate the jetski using mobile phones or go-pros or any other electronic device.
During the excursion we offer a photo session (when sea conditions permit). The Company takes great care to provide jetskis in perfect condition, therefore, to avoid scratches and damage to the bodywork, it is not possible to wear rings, bracelets, watches or anklets during the activity. It is strictly forbidden to leave the group.

7. CARRYING OUT THE ACTIVITY:

In conformità con le normative vigenti, tutti i clienti dell’escursione sono sotto la responsabilità delle guide. La Compagnia si impegna a fornire jetski e giubbotti salvataggio in ottime condizioni.
Prima dell’attività, tutti i clienti riceveranno una dettagliata spiegazione sul funzionamento del jetski, sulle regole di sicurezza da seguire durante l’escursione e su come condurre il veicolo. Chiunque non rispetti le regole spiegate all’inizio dell’attività, mettendo così in pericolo gli altri, perderà il diritto di continuare le attività senza possibilità di rimborso.
Il cliente sarà responsabile nei confronti della Compagnia per tutti i danni causati al jetski a causa di comportamenti irragionevoli o di un utilizzo improprio del veicolo. Ogni jetski è provvisto di una polizza assicurativa per danni a terzi. Per evitare danni e perdite, non è possibile effettuare l’attività con oggetti personali; a disposizione dei clienti offriamo cassette di sicurezza dove verranno riposti gli oggetti personali e videosorvegliate. Per prevenire incidenti, non è possibile condurre il jetski utilizzando telefoni cellulari o go-pro o qualsiasi altro dispositivo elettronico.
Durante l’escursione offriamo una sessione fotografica (quando le condizioni del mare lo permettono). La Compagnia è molto attenta a fornire jetski in perfette condizioni, pertanto, per evitare graffi e danni alla carrozzeria, non è possibile indossare anelli, braccialetti, orologi o cavigliere durante l’attività. E’ severamente vietato allontanarsi dal gruppo.

8.NAVIGATION RULES:

Clients are required to follow the guides’ instructions during the excursion to ensure the safety of all participants. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket for the duration of the excursion. The minimum distance between jet skis must be at least 50 meters at all times.
Clients must never leave the group during the excursion. Following directly behind another watercraft is prohibited. The groups will be formed by a maximum of 4 motorbikes. Sailing in the opposite direction to the group is prohibited.
The guide reserves the right to interrupt the excursion in case of inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
If the watercraft is damaged by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs.

9.PHOTO SHOOT

Photographs will be taken of all customers during the jet ski excursion activity. The minimum number of photographs taken for each individual jet ski will be 50 images. However, upon customer request, it will be possible to request a greater number of photographs. It should also be noted that the company reserves the right not to take photographs in adverse weather conditions in order to preserve the photographic equipment and the safety of the personnel in charge.
At the end of the activity, customers will be able to view the photographs taken on the PC. Payment for the photo shoot can be made both before and after the activity. The prices for the purchase of the photographs will be as follows: 1 photograph for €15, pack of all photographs of a single jet ski for €20, pack of all photographs of a double jet ski for €30.
The purchased photographs will be sent in digital format to the email address provided by the customer within 2 days via the WeTransfer service. The customer will have a maximum of 7 days to save the photographs in their devices starting from the day of sending, otherwise the company will not be responsible.

We also reserve the right to use the photos for commercial and advertising purposes on social pages, web pages and any other communication platform. The customer agrees to the use of his images for these purposes when purchasing the photo shoot. In the event of customer dissatisfaction with the use of their images, they can request their removal from our communication platforms by writing an email to our customer service.
The company reserves the right to change these rules at any time. The customer agrees to be bound by the rules on the use of images when purchasing the photo service.

10. WETSUIT RENTAL SERVICE

The company also offers a wetsuit rental service for customers. The wetsuits are sanitized after each rental and it should be noted that the wetsuits are in excellent condition and must be returned in the same condition. The cost to rent a wetsuit is €10. Payment for the rental of the wetsuit must be made in advance. In the event of damage to the suit during the rental, the customer will be responsible for paying for the damage caused.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is fully responsible for his actions and for the use of the service purchased from our company. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms and conditions stipulated by our company. If you breach any such laws, rules, terms or conditions, or if you cause damage to our company or any third party, you will be liable for any damages suffered and shall compensate our company for any loss or damage suffered. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or product purchased from our company.

12. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

Our company is responsible for providing the service or product purchased by the customer in accordance with applicable laws and agreed terms and conditions. We undertake to provide the service or product purchased with the utmost care and attention, and to comply with all applicable quality standards. However, our company will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense suffered by the customer as a result of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, technical problems or transportation breakdowns. Furthermore, our company shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses suffered by the customer as a result of any act or omission by the customer, including, without limitation, violations of laws or agreed terms and conditions. In the event that our company is held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer, our company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the service or product purchased.

13.REFUSE CUSTOMERS

Our company has the right to refuse or cancel any booking or service for reasons such as failure to meet age, weight, height requirements, providing invalid proof of identity or payment document, dangerous, disturbing, offensive or in breach of supplier policies. In case of refusal or cancellation, the customer is not entitled to a refund or compensation. The provider reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time subject to applicable law.

14.RESERVATIONS OF OTHER EXCURSIONS

The customer accepts that any booking made on our site for services provided by third parties, such as boat excursions, quad rental or water sports, etc… is subject to the conditions established by the supplying company. The customer agrees to be bound by these conditions and to be fully responsible for any damage or injury caused during the service. Our site acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier company and is not responsible for any disputes or failures of services. The customer agrees to contact the supplier company directly in case of questions or requests relating to the reservation.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE
