Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the purchase of services from JET SKI RACING S.L.U (Tax ID B-76757679), located at Pontoon 10, Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje, Tenerife, Spain.

1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon online payment through TuriTop. You will receive a confirmation email with your activity details. Bookings are personal and non-transferable.

2. Prices

Prices shown on the website include VAT and the applicable online discount (up to 45%). JET SKI RACING reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Base Safari: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
• Premium & VIP Safari: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the activity.
• Late cancellations or no-shows: no refund.
• If we cancel due to adverse weather, a date change or full refund will be offered.

4. Participation requirements

• Minimum age to drive: 16 years (accompanied by an adult passenger).
• Minimum age as passenger: 6 years.
• Maximum combined weight (pilot + passenger): approximately 160 kg.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times.

5. Liability

JET SKI RACING provides life jackets and all necessary safety equipment. Participants accept the inherent risks of the activity. JET SKI RACING is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during the activity.

6. Insurance

All safaris include public liability insurance. Premium and VIP packs include accident insurance for the pilot.

7. Modifications

JET SKI RACING reserves the right to modify the safari route for safety or weather reasons without this entitling participants to compensation.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
